Good tips... the issue is that with the audio, when I record it I need to edit out all the breathing and pauses or it wont sound good, and if I leave large gaps and spaces between speaking with breathing edited out it also sounds weird and choppy. The only solution is leaving some gaps between larger bouts of speaking for some downtime for the viewer to process the info. My next video will have some of the elements u mentioned though.

Good research mate, I have a little critique, personally I'd make this episode 2 or something, I'd start with a topic that grabs peoples emotions first as the first episode. Also I feel like the episode could be paced more organically, it feels like you are racing through the information and as a viewer that can feel overwhelming, maybe think about taking more pauses when speaking your script, not only for more dramatic effect when dropping big red pills, but it will feel more organic in pacing allowing new people to the information time to hear it, react to it and absorb it, also two last thoughts; I think some atmospheric music could be utilized at times to emphasize the feeling of the situation you are talking about this will keep it entertaining aswell as informative. Last but not least maybe start with an introduction episode on what the series is going to explore (?). These are just my opinions, and opinions are like arseholes, everyone's got one, but I just want to give feedback if it helps. Obviously I have no critique on the information itself, it is very well researched as always. Keep up the great work brother, you're doing some very important work and it is appreciated
