Even my wife was quite liberal when we got together, but over the years, age and real life has matured her views quite a lot and she’s grown to appreciate traditional gender roles and prefers to let me manage finances and make the final decisions. Similarly, she’s sort of followed my lead politically and votes how I vote, etc. She realizes that I don’t come to my beliefs cavalierly and so she tends to adapt to my positions naturally, accepting that she chose me to lead her for a reason and so she should have faith that my positions are chosen for our collective benefit.

Young guys, do not despair. If you can find a respectable woman, you’re doing well, and hopefully you can help her grow with you.
