In reply to Ricky123. [9th Oct] Raja has been charged with two counts of Felony battery. They carry a sentence of up to seven years in jail. Public sentiment is indicating that Raja will do a plea deal on down graded charges and do little time if any. Fame, money and influence are said to weigh heavy on this two tier case.

In reply to Ricky123. According to the LA Times and Fox, three days ago Raja was arrested after blow back and public pressure. The saga continues.

The Raja beat down was particularly gruesome to watch. From other internet sources [ not confirmed] the company producing this event had promised payment to Raja to get into the ring and attack Smith as a continuation of Raja receiving a beer can to the head for a mistake by Stuart Smith [Skyco Stu ] thinking that Raja was part of the warm up act to play to the cameras. Smith found out to his severe injury it was not . Raja's attack was a psychotic assault in revenge for his hurt ego, . .Some commentators have also said it was all fake staged wrestling theatre. Smith seems he could have escaped from the shoulder slam but let it go through, to his surprise being full force smashed into the canvas causing him to instantly fall unconscious, The rapid double handed blows from Raja were real as there was no response from Smith as his head bounced around under the blows. If the other wrestlers had not pulled Raja off Smith I think it is reasonable to surmise that Raja would have continued to beat Smiths head and neck until serious spinal injuries, brain damage or death, It has also been alleged that the streamers on Rajas link exploited a vulnerable angry man with derogatory remarks about him being less than a man if he let this thing slide . . .Mr Smith in now recovering in hospital while Raja was dragged away by a friend into a nearby car later still ranting in rage that he had done the right thing. Will there be criminal charges for Raja and a civil suit for the wrestling promoter and manager by Smith ?
