Four young children have been stabbed in a park near Lake Annecy, in France’s south-east.

Police overpowered and arrested the attacker, Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin said.

Authorities said the children were aged three or younger and most were in a critical condition.

UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said one of the injured children was British. The three-year-old girl is now stable, the local administration said.

One of the other children is Dutch. An adult was also injured and is also critically ill, according to the administration.

Police have confirmed that the suspect is a 31-year-old Syrian, who had refugee status in Sweden.

Police say the suspect has refugee status in Sweden and recently came to France, leaving behind a wife and three-year-old daughter. In an unsuccessful asylum application last year for refugee status in France, he said he was a Syrian Christian.

BFM television reported that the suspect identified himself as a Christian from Syria.

The man appeared to shout “In the name of Jesus Christ” as he waved his knife in the air, according to witnesses, while people around could be screaming: “Police! Police!”

He slashed at a man carrying rucksacks who tried to approach him, seemingly trying to stop the attack. Inside the enclosed play park itself, a panicked woman frantically pushed a stroller as the attacker approached, yelling “Help! Help!” and ramming the stroller into the park’s barriers in her terror.

Identifying himself as a Christian was most likely a ploy to accelerate his asylum claim and get into Europe. These crafty Muslims are lying about a lot of details like their age to increase their chances of being admitted into asylum programs.

Either way, this is yet another example of why inviting hostile brown foreigners into your country who share no kinship with your citizens is a terrible idea, with deadly consequences.

I expect French nationalists to be out in full force, demanding that globalist puppet Marcon step down and all violent Mohammedans and their extended families be repatriated to the dung heaps of the Middle East.

Thirty-one people were shot, four of them fatally, Friday into Sunday morning in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.

ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Times reports the weekend’s first shooting fatality occurred at 10:50 p.m. Friday, when a 24-year-old woman was shot and killed “in the 2200 block of South Wentworth Avenue.”

The victim was caught in the crossfire as two gunmen shot at each other.

Hours later, at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, a 30-year-old man was shot in the head and killed “in the 9000 block of South Escanaba Avenue.”

The third fatal shooting occurred at 3 a.m. Sunday, when a 35-year-old man was shot while riding inside a vehicle “in the 3800 block of South Kedzie Avenue.” The man was shot in the neck by someone outside the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Breitbart News noted at least 11 people were shot, two stabbed, Monday alone in Chicago.
