Feminism is backfiring big-time. With the current craze about sexual harassment in the workplace, male business leaders and executives are fearful to even hire women or meet with them one-on-one while at work, intending to avoid possible sexual harassment allegations which could ruin their careers.
The feminist whores are now realizing that they’ve bitten off more than they can chew with this sexual harassment circus. Now women are losing jobs and opportunities because men are afraid of them! Makes perfect sense. Why would a male boss hire female co-workers when they could turn around and slap him or other male co-workers with sexual harassment allegations if they’re not promoted or have a disagreement? A New York Times article titled “Unintended Consequences of Sexual Harassment Scandals” noted:
In Silicon Valley, some male investors have declined one-on-one meetings with women, or rescheduled them from restaurants to conference rooms. On Wall Street, certain senior men have tried to avoid closed-door meetings with junior women. And in TV news, some male executives have scrupulously minded their words in conversations with female talent.
In interviews, the men describe a heightened caution because of recent sexual harassment cases, and they worry that one accusation, or misunderstood comment, could end their careers. But their actions affect women’s careers, too — potentially depriving them of the kind of relationships that lead to promotions or investments.
It’s an unintended consequence of a season of sex scandals. Research shows that building genuine relationships with senior people is perhaps the most important contributor to career advancement. In some offices it’s known as having a rabbi; researchers call it sponsorship. Unlike mentors, who give advice and are often formally assigned, sponsors know and respect people enough that they are willing to find opportunities for them, and advocate and fight for them.
But women are less likely to build such relationships, in part because both senior men and junior women worry that a relationship will be misread by others. At every level, more men than women say they interact with senior leaders at least once a week, according to research by McKinsey and the nonprofit Lean In. This imbalance is a major reason women stall at lower levels of companies, according to a variety of research.
“We found that they avoided one-on-one contact because they were fearful of gossip, or the suspicion that a standout female on a team is sleeping with the team leader,” said Sylvia Ann Hewlett, founder and chief executive of the Center for Talent Innovation, a research firm that has studied sponsorship.
So there we have it: in the pursuit of female supremacy and domination over men, women are getting the boot out of jobs or are not promoted because of the backstabbing and outrageous behaviour of other women. But the feminazis are now whining that women are losing opportunities because of this! Like a burst dam, the female entitlement is just spilling out. They want to have their cake and eat it too. They want all the best jobs and to lord it over men in the workplace, but they also want the power to screw men over with exaggerated claims of sexual harassment.
At work these mercenary sluts wear skimpy mini-skirts and have their tits virtually hanging out of their blouses. They dress this way purposely to attract sexual attention from males hoping to score promotions or raises. Yet if their male co-workers even look at them in a way deemed sexual, they scream sexual harassment.
The best way to end this female funny business is to not hire women. Men who own businesses should never hire females to do jobs that men can do better and without the possibility of sexual harassment claims.
