- Subscription Service, Cancellation & Refunds: By signing up for a Martinez Perspective membership, you are granted access to exclusive digital media content for the duration of your subscription. One subscription will be valid for one household.
- Billing: The subscription amount will be charged to your payment method when you sign up for a membership. You will gain access to the website immediately for the duration you signed up for.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Recurring subscriptions will be renewed automatically every one, six or 12 months depending on the membership you chose. You must cancel your subscription before it renews for the next billing cycle in order to avoid payment of the next cycle’s subscription fee.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking cancel.
- Refunds: Digital media products cannot be returned or refunded, even if the website is temporarily unavailable or geographical restrictions have been placed. If you purchased a recurring subscription, it is up to you to cancel. If you purchased a recurring subscription by mistake, contact customer service by email.
