This black man can’t be held criminally responsible for people standing in the middle of a freeway while he’s driving at 100+ mph. That is negligence on the part of the non-binary individuals standing in the road. This guy was just driving as he normally would. He saw what looked to be professional extortionists in the road and did what he could to get away.
