Yesterday the Russian version of FBI (called “investigative comittee“) closed a hate-case against Роман Юшков, a journalist from Perm, Russia — the “investigators” harassed him for 10 months straight with so called “investigation”, in order to “discover” that he committed NO CRIME AT ALL.
He was accused of “hate” as described in the article 282 of Russian criminal code a.k.a. Antirussian Article. His “crime” was a public statement against building a new synagogue building (for Chabad sect) on MUNICIPAL LAND in the city of Perm.
The defence strategy was as simple as the appeal to the supreme court ruling that necessitates a presence of a call for violence in order to qualify a statement as “hate” fitting the article 282 (Постановление Пленума Верховного Суда РФ от 28.06.2011 N 11 в ред. от 20.09.2018).
Since the “incriminating” statement focused on the legality of giving a $1M public land patch to a private organization FOR FREE (committed by the mayor of Perm), and on the actual real hate beliefs of Chabad, it was clear from the day 1 that there is zero basis for any criminal allegation even though a THOUGHT crime allegation. Yet the jewish overlords of Russia ordered to punish the dissenter by “investigation” that included a physical home search.
Have you noticed already that investigations and particularly searches had been transformed into extrajudicial punishments all over the “civilized” world? A search does no longer have a goal to find anything but only to harass an investigation victim. It is particularly clear when ZOG orders a physical search for a THOUGHT crime.
