A man in the UK was punched after he briefly removed his face mask to speak to his elderly mother on a train while his assailant yelled at him to put the mask back on.

The victim, who is in his 60’s, removed the mask so he could speak more clearly on the phone to his mother, who is in her 90s and hard of hearing.
He was immediately approached from behind by a man in his 30’s about 5ft 6in tall who demanded he cover up his face.
When the victim refused, he was immediately punched in the face, leaving him with a badly bruised eye.
“This was a shocking attack on a man who was simply trying to speak to his mother, who is hard of hearing,” said PC Laura Alves, of Lancashire Police.

The “wear your mask” people are getting more and more aggressive.
Why? Because the government told them to wear their mask. And why did he act so aggressively? He probably doesn’t know either. Sometimes NPC’s do things they have the urge to, even though they don’t know why.

I was running to catch a coach the other day, struggling with bulky luggage, when I saw out of the corner of my eye a shape flick in front of me. I got to the upwards moving escalator and noticed a man wearing a face mask standing in front of me. I politely asked if I could squeeze past. The old idiot – somewhere in his later 60’s replied rudely “No – abide by the law – follow social distancing regulations!” At the time I felt there was nothing I could do, I just had to stay behind him and I didn’t really have time to give him a talking to otherwise I WOULD have missed my coach. I get the impression he’d done the exact same thing to other commuters in a hurry purely to screw their day up. What a toe-rag!
Subvert the mask fanatics by making fun of the situation. I went to a bar near where I live the other evening, smartly dressed in a suit, tie, formal overcoat carrying a brief case and wearing a trilby hat. I adhered to the bar’s face covering regulation by wearing a reproduction first world war gas mask to the great amusement of all!
