I look at Putin’s presidential pardons of former Wagner mercenaries, one of whom was a satanic cannibal who murdered, disremembered and ate four teens. Dozens of murders of Russian citizens have been linked to Wagner recruits, psychopathic criminals released from prisons to do Putin’s dirty work in Ukraine, only to return home to terrorize Russian citizens once more.
