The goal with women is reproduction & companionship; you’re not looking to convert her into a political warrior, that’s a man’s game.
With the above in mind, approach political conversations with women with some tactfulness; lean off that hard edge & just be normal; you don’t have to cuck on your views, but don’t come off as a weird sperg or ideological zealot; let her push back on some of your views & meet her halfway; nobody likes to be told they’re wrong, so tell her she’s half right & then politely explain what she’s missing (assuming she disagrees); direct most convos towards normie tier stuff & not stuff that could turn her off.
Women like a man who is optimistic & has a positive attitude; show her your ambition, you have mountains to climb; confidence but not arrogance; tell her your goals & how you plan to achieve them but avoid boastful/conceited behaviour, that’ll turn her off.
Quit being a terminally online incel; spend less time online & more time IRL.
Go outside & approach ten women a couple times a week; start up a conversation with a light compliment but don’t pedestalize her on looks; make some educated guesses/assumptions about her & let her correct you with more info; don’t spam her with questions & let her do some of the work asking you things in return; keep it light & nothing serious; use humour whenever possible.
When approaching a good way to filter out harlots/egoists is how they dress/general appearance; you’re not looking for the leggings/tight clothes thots with heavy makeup types; those will be a nightmare to deal with; light makeup, modest feminine dress style but not showing too much skin; that’s how you know she’s not desperate for attention & is content how she is without fakeup & addons.
You can meet women in other ways too (events, church, etc.) but if you don’t have a big social circle, this is a good way to get some dates immediately.
Don’t spambot her with your whole life story right away; give her some vague details but keep some mystery about it; this could lead to her wanting to see you later to find out more.
Persistence is key here; most of these interactions won’t go far, but don’t let that get you down; if anything view it as a game & social skills booster; you lose nothing & gain valuable social experience that will help you down the road with women.
Implement most of this on actual dates/outings as well; lots of humour, normie topics, avoid confrontation; contradict some of what she says (on any topic) to get her to justify herself & her views to show her you’re not a pushover/yes-man; do this in a light-hearted/fun/teasing way, not aggro.
Moving forward don’t get clingy/needy or demand her attention all the time; keep yourself busy with tasks & don’t always be the one to initiate contact; let her chase you a bit also.

I’m infinitely glad that I’m older and had settled down with my wife before dating apps became a thing. I feel bad for younger guys who are having to try to find a mate in today’s environment, where such a huge portion of the female dating pool has been brainwashed by modern feminism and the power imbalance created by dating apps.
Even my wife was quite liberal when we got together, but over the years, age and real life has matured her views quite a lot and she’s grown to appreciate traditional gender roles and prefers to let me manage finances and make the final decisions. Similarly, she’s sort of followed my lead politically and votes how I vote, etc. She realizes that I don’t come to my beliefs cavalierly and so she tends to adapt to my positions naturally, accepting that she chose me to lead her for a reason and so she should have faith that my positions are chosen for our collective benefit.
Young guys, do not despair. If you can find a respectable woman, you’re doing well, and hopefully you can help her grow with you.
