Man Sentenced to 21 Months Prison for “Sharing” New Zealand Mosque Shooting Video

A New Zealand man has been sentenced to 21 months jail simply for sharing the video for the New Zealand mosque attack, and supposedly for “glorifying” the shooting.

A businessman in New Zealand has been sentenced to nearly two years in prison for sharing footage of the Christchurch mosque attacks, which saw a lone gunman livestream the massacre of 51 Muslims during Friday prayers on March 15.

Philip Arps, 44, was sentenced during a court hearing in Christchurch on Tuesday after having earlier pleaded guilty to two charges of distributing objectionable material. 

New Zealand’s government has outlawed the sharing of videos of the massacre, with such an offence punishable by up to 14 years in jail.

In addition to sharing the footage with about 30 people, Arps also possessed a doctored clip of the attacks featuring crosshairs and a “kill count”, the court heard.

“Your offending glorifies and encourages the mass murder carried out under the pretext of religious and racial hatred,” District Court Judge Stephen O’Driscoll said.

O’Driscoll added that Arps – a self-described white supremacist who argued he had a right to distribute the video under the banner of freedom to pursue his political beliefs – had described the footage as “awesome” and possessed strong and unrepentant views about the Muslim community.

Imagine that. What an Orwellian world we live in, where sharing videos will land you in prison for years. Even if he “glorified” the shooting, he has every right to do so under freedom of expression.

I bet tons of New Zealand Muslims have expressed sympathy for Islamic State and shared videos of its bloodcurdling atrocities, but they don’t get punished for it because brown Muslims are a privileged class in the West.

Western governments are so lenient with these radical Muslims that some of them have even been permitted to re-enter Western countries after having fought for Islamic State in Syria. They come back to the West and enter some bogus “de-radicalization” program paid for by the unfortunate taxpayers, and then these savages are “re-integrated” back into our societies as a trojan horse menace for radical Islam.

White men are under assault in countless ways, and some of them have lashed out in violence as a result, yet these delusional leftist politicians continue to double down on their failed policies which are bringing about the genocide of the white race and the destruction of our civilization.
