One thought on “The Martinez Perspective (Feb. 11, 2022): Smash Anti-White Big-Tech With Anti-Trust Laws

  1. Good video. You’re spot on about regulations often protecting established corporations by raising the barrier of entry for new competitors… The main regulation which are keeping these big tech companies large, is the patent system which literally bans competitors. Only way to enter the tech market now is to be large enough to have your own patents and join in their patent cartel.

In a free market world without intellectual property and other regulations that benefit special interests, corporate concentration wouldn’t be so much of a problem and there wouldn’t be a need for anti-trust laws… However, given that we currently have such a corrupted market, I don’t have a problem with using anti-trust to our advantage. Just be aware that using anti-trust will have some unintended consequences too, because if you sue one company for anti-trust, then it creates a window of opportunity for their other large competitors… But the best option would be to remove their patent protections and let marketplace competition eat them.
